The Burj2020 District, will offer world-class commercial, residential and retail spaces, including premium hotels, restaurants, recreational areas, and two iconic super-tall towers designed by leading architects Adrian Gill & Gordon Smith, reported Emirates News 24/7.

The project, which will come up on a 106,000 sq m area, will be an instantly recognisable Dubai landmark, it added.

Envisioned to be a world-class mixed-use development, Burj2020 District will be anchored by two super tall mixed-use towers (within Phase One and Phase Two respectively) and complemented by significant retail, food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, residential, cultural, educational components with the necessary support facilities, said the report.

The Burj 2020 District will also be connected to the existing Jumeriah Lake Towers development and its Metro station through an air-conditioned pedestrian link, it added.
