Damac announces special offer for luxury villas

Damac Properties, a leading luxury real estate developer in the region, has announced a special one-day sales offer on Saturday (November 25), a selection of its villas at Akoya Oxygen, one of the greenest residential locations in Dubai.

The villas - available in a variety of sizes, including three, four, five and six-bedroom units, with front and backyards - present an opportunity to enjoy luxury living in an international golf community and at one of the greenest residential locations in Dubai, said a statement from the developer.

The Damac units will be up for grabs from 10am to 8pm, at the company's sales offices in Park Towers, Al Manara, Ocean Heights and Damac Hills.

On the special offer, Niall McLoughlin, the senior VP, said: "We are providing investors with a chance to own one of these attractively priced luxury villas in a thriving golf community, with prices designed to suit a range of budgets, from as low as Dh999,999 (272,190)."

"Investors or end-users with families will be pleased with the array of sizes and locations, however stocks are limited. The stand-alone six-bedroom option presents real value for larger families who seek additional space - nowhere else in Dubai can you buy such a villa unit at this price and enjoy the facilities that will be available to residents of a premium golf community," noted McLoughlin.

Akoya Oxygen offers a tranquil environment with lush, green surroundings in a secluded, family-friendly community, with energy-efficient homes surrounded by beautiful landscaping and cascading water features.

Located off the Umm Suqeim Road extension and 15 minutes from Damac Hills, Akoya Oxygen will include contemporary residential properties of various sizes surrounding an 18-hole championship golf course, along with an organic produce market, hydroponic café, luxury wellness centre, outdoor yoga enclave and retail outlets featuring well-known brands.-TradeArabia News Service
