G&Co exhibiting at IREIS 2017 in Abu Dhabi

G&Co Real Estate Development, a premium property developer based in Dubai, UAE, is showcasing its $2-billion project portfolio - including its Cassia at the Fields development - at the ongoing International Real Estate and Investment Show 2017 (IREIS 2017) in Abu Dhabi.

Nestled in District 11 of Mohammad Bin Rashid (MBR) City, Cassia at the Fields will be Dubai’s premier residential destination for families as well as investors. The four-bedroom ultra-spacious family villas offer first class amenities, said the developer in its statement.

Cassia is surrounded by well-known attractions such as Dubai Mall for shopping, Dubai Opera House for arts and culture; Kent College and other quality educational institutes, and DIFC and Business Bay for commercial opportunities.

The development is 10 minutes away from Dubai International Airport and affords easy access to three main connective roads: Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Road, Dubai-Al Ain Road and Al Khail Road.

Joseph Ghossoub, the chairman of G&Co, said: "The Cassia development offers the best of both worlds, right in the heart of Dubai. The peaceful and tranquil setting is enhanced by abundant green spaces. However, this serene living is close enough to also enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city."

G&Co, he stated, is a trusted name behind a selection of top quality developments in Dubai, including the luxury townhouse development Grand Views and Millennium Estates, both at Meydan; and well as further developments in District 11 at MBR City.

"Our commitment to excellence has helped us build strong relationships with diverse clientele and investors across a broad range of property markets. This has helped us build a loyal client base and close to 60 per cent of them are repeat investors in many of our properties," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
